Membership & Plan Policies

Availability

Memberships, mini monthly plans, drop-in passes, and class packs may be used for yoga, meditation, and sound bath classes, as well as workshops, series classes, and other pre-registered courses or events unless otherwise specified.

Unlimited Monthly Membership

Unlimited Monthly Memberships begin on the date of purchase and automatically renew each month until canceled by the purchaser.

Memberships are non-transferable, non-refundable, and may not be shared. To cancel, please contact Marianne at least seven (7) business days prior to your next renewal date.

Intro Offer

The Intro Offer includes two (2) weeks of unlimited yoga for $39 and begins on the date of purchase. The Intro Offer may be canceled at any time; however, no prorated or full refunds will be issued.

Intro Offers may not be shared, are non-transferable, non-refundable—even in the case of closed accounts or cancellation. To cancel, please contact Marianne.

Ten-Class Packs

Ten-Class Packs begin on the date of purchase and expire four (4) months from that date.

Ten-Class Packs may not be shared, are non-transferable, non-refundable—even in the case of closed accounts or cancellation. Unused classes remaining after expiration cannot be rolled over, credited, transferred, refunded, or redeemed for cash.

Drop-In Pass

Drop-In Passes begin on the date of purchase and are valid for a single class.

Drop-In Passes may not be shared, are non-transferable, non-refundable. Clients who register for class using a Drop-In Pass and fail to attend will forfeit the pass.

Community Class

Community Classes are offered free of charge with a suggested donation benefiting Peaceful Yoga’s selected charity.

Waivers

All clients must sign a waiver before participating in classes at the studio. If a waiver has not been completed prior to arrival, your teacher will assist you before class begins.

Financial Assistance

If you need financial assistance to access Peaceful Yoga, please contact us. We are happy to help make yoga accessible to everyone.

Rate Changes

Peaceful Yoga reserves the right to modify rates, fees, discounts, memberships, or pricing at any time.

Cancellations & Refunds

Plan Cancellations

Memberships and plans may be canceled at any time without penalty unless otherwise stated in this policy.

Cancellation requests must be submitted by contacting Marianne at least seven (7) business days before the next auto-renewal charge.

Refund Policy

Refunds and prorated refunds are not provided for canceled memberships, intro offers, class packs, or drop-in passes.

Class Policies

Class Start Time

Classes begin promptly at their scheduled start time. To respect the safety, focus, and experience of both teachers and students, late arrivals will not be admitted after class begins and will be considered a no-show, resulting in a $15 late cancellation fee.

Creating an Account

Clients must create an account in order to register for and attend classes.

We strongly recommend creating your account online before your first visit. Creating an account at the studio may take approximately 5 to 10 minutes, so please arrive early if needed.

Electronics & Personal Belongings

Please leave electronics and personal belongings in the entry area. All electronic devices should be turned off during class.

COVID-19 & Illness

Please do not attend in-studio classes if you are feeling unwell or have recently been exposed to someone with COVID-19.

Class Cancellations & Fees

Booked classes may be canceled through the Walla app.

2-Hour Cancellation Window

Out of respect for instructors and fellow students, clients who need to cancel a reserved class must do so at least two (2) hours before class begins.

Clients who cancel within the two-hour cancellation window will incur a $10 late cancellation fee charged to the card on file.

No-Shows

A no-show occurs when a client reserves a class but does not attend. Clients who no-show for a reserved class will incur a $10 fee charged to the card on file.

For Class Packs & Drop-In Passes

2-Hour Cancellation Window

Clients using class packs or Drop-In Passes who cancel within two (2) hours of class start time will forfeit the class credit. No refunds will be issued.

No-Shows

Clients using class packs or Drop-In Passes who do not attend a reserved class will forfeit the class credit. No refunds will be issued.

Workshops & Series Classes

  • Full payment is required at the time of registration unless otherwise specified or approved.

  • For workshops taught by regular studio instructors, credit may be issued for cancellations made at least one (1) week prior to the workshop date. No refunds will be provided.

  • For workshops led by visiting guest teachers, cancellations must be made at least two (2) weeks prior to the workshop date to receive studio credit. No refunds will be provided.

  • If Peaceful Yoga cancels a workshop or series class, participants will receive either a full refund or studio credit.
