You’ll learn the essentials of yoga through simple movement, guided breathwork, and practical mindfulness—so you not only understand what to do, but why it matters.

Each week builds gently on the last, helping you develop strength, flexibility, and comfort in your body—without pressure or overwhelm.

By the end of the series, you’ll feel more at ease stepping into regular classes and continuing your practice with confidence.
