BEGINNER YOGA 101

Start your yoga life with confidence through Peaceful Yoga’s Beginners Yoga 101 series! This comprehensive 6-week program, priced at just $99, is designed to introduce you to the fundamentals of yoga in a supportive environment. Develop a solid foundation, refine your alignment, and cultivate a deeper understanding of the practice. Join us and awaken your body and mind!


Our classes blend guided meditation, revitalizing asanas (poses) and soothing breath work, closing each session with savasana.
